The Foundation recently launched a 10-year strategic plan with a bold vision to close the racial wealth gap and to advance economic mobility in the most underinvested neighborhoods in the region. Consistent with this strategic plan, in 2023 the Foundation launched the three-year $75 Million Together, We Prosper campaign to jump-start our vision of economic justice and ensure The Community Foundation’s ability to respond to today’s needs and tomorrow’s challenges. The campaign features Guaranteed Income Pilots, a Children’s Savings Program, and Community Wealth Building goals.
The Campaign Manager will report to the Managing Director, Development and will collaborate with members of the Foundation’s campaign counsel, operations, finance, marketing and communications, and Program Investment teams. Externally, the Campaign Manager will work directly with prospects, donors, consultants, and key volunteers to drive the campaign’s success.
